The reinforced concrete structure supports a custom façade featuring Nichiha fiber-cement panels, EIFS panels, and window wall assemblies. A landscaped and furnished recreational rooftop terrace, a fitness studio with a yoga and spin room, a lounge and conference room, and bike storage round out the building’s unique offerings.
Located within walking distance of the area’s transportation hub, residents enjoy easy daily commutes to both New York City and Newark, along with a host of new restaurants, bars, and shops that continue to crop up in this neighborhood.
